Registration of Enrollment
You will receive an email confirming your enrollment before the start date for the course. This confirmation contains the exact times the course starts and finishes, directions to the class site, and other relevant information.
Our payment terms are two weeks. The invoice will be sent directly to your company. On certain occasions, payment in advance will be required; information will be given upon registration.
The course fee published in the class schedule is the course fee per person. It includes the cost of a complete set of training documentation, lunch every day, coffee, tea and soda. These fees are in DKK and do not include tax, which will be added where applicable. In most cases you will have to share a PC with another person. SAP Education Danmark reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason and SAP shall inform the customer of such a cancellation and, if possible, offer the customer suitable alternative dates.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling only can be done by email or fax. To cancel or reschedule please mail your changes to Education.email@example.com or fax to: +45 39 13 30 11. Please read the terms listed below.
- No charge for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the first course day.
- 50% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations received from 7 to 14 days prior to the first course day.
- Full course fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the first course day.
SAP Education reserves the right to cancel a course. We will inform you as soon as possible if this become necessary. If possible we offer suitable alternative dates, also in other countries. SAP Education is not liable to any expenses you may have from a cancellation.
