Capture a business process to create test scripts.

Martin Schumann is an application tester whose company is upgrading its SAP software.

He uses SAP LoadRunner to test the software before it goes live.

The virtual user generator lets him record a business process to create test scripts.

Once the recording is complete, he can review a summary of what he recorded.

A built-in wizard walks him through the process.

Martin can easily review, replay, and parameterize the test scripts,

and validate that they accurately represent how users carry out the business process.

Design and execute a performance scenario.

Martin is ready to design and execute a performance scenario

around the business processes he captured.

He needs to simulate the behavior

and activities of many people using the software simultaneously.

SAP LoadRunner lets him set up the data he needs for the test,

including the service level, the number of users,

and the performance metrics to be collected.

Martin can view its progress and see if the SAP LoadRunner performance

monitors have isolated any weaknesses.
