Rules for Use
This list is updated from time to time. Failure by SAP to list a particular SAP trademark or offering name is not a waiver of any rights reserved by that trademark.
In any material that mentions any SAP trademark or SAP offering name, you must include the correct attribution statement containing the reference to the respective SAP trademark based on the following:
- "[SAP TRADEMARKS] is/are the trademark(s) or registered trademark(s) of SAP AG in Germany and in several other countries."
In your attribution statement, replace the placeholder phrase [SAP TRADEMARKS] with the names of the SAP trademarks or SAP trademarks contained in the SAP offering names mentioned in your material. Place the statement either on the copyright page (which may be the case in a brochure) or at the end of a material if it has no copyright page (in an advertisement or a press release, for example).
Examples:
When referencing SAP NetWeaver or SAP xApps, the following credit line stating the SAP legal claims must be included:
- "SAP, xApps, and SAP NetWeaver are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP AG in Germany and in several other countries."
When referencing SAP Business One and mySAP All-in-One, the following credit line stating the SAP legal claims must be included:
- "SAP and mySAP are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP AG in Germany and in several other countries."
