HUMAN RESOURCES

Our HR teams in BSCE provide a wide-range portfolio of HR related services to our customers. We are supporting SAP employees from the entire EMEA region. Our mission is to "add value to the company by enabling all managers and employees through efficient delivery of people-related tools and services to focus and perform on their core activities." Our professional teams are delivering services in 6 main processes already implemented: HRdirect, Global Mobility, Payroll, Data and Organizational Management Performance Management, Recruiting. These services cover different activities from support for international employee exchange, hiring best talents, support performance management, keeping all personal and organizational data updated. We are processing payroll and contractual variations for more than 11 countries. Our HR services are constantly growing so we are focusing on highly efficient service delivery and also actively participating in projects for the migration of new services and countries."

FINANCE SERVICES

The SAP BSCE Finance and Administration Service Line is divided into three Billing and three FI processes handled by more than 200 colleagues of nearly all European nationalities. On the Billing side, Consulting, Education and Software Billing are operated from BSCE. The Finance processes are characterized by Customer to Cash, General Accounting as well as Purchase to Pay. The services are currently offered to 23,000 SAP employees, 11,000 SAP customers and 9,000 suppliers. Our main goal is to offer standardized high-quality processes to all our internal customers throughout the EMEA region.
