Veeco basically grew by acquisition. So with that, we actually had lots of different systems. We had all the disparate ERP system, everything that you could possibly fathom. So in order to get information, we basically had to do a lot of uploading, download, verification, a lot of manual steps to get to what we were looking for as our one version of truth. And it was quite the process. So ultimately our senior staff said to us that we really have to look for one single ERP system. And that led us towards SAP. SAP basically had a solution for every one of our needs. So even if we didn't implement it now, we knew that they had a PLM, that they had a CRM package, they had a PDM. So everything that we were looking to eventually do, SAP has that. Our ultimate goal is to get everybody on to SAP and then bring everybody into Best Practices. And because we were on separate systems we really weren't able to do that. But as we migrate the locations on to SAP, our model is you have to follow the one in Veeco Best Practices. So we recently implemented SAP/HR. And before that it was a manual process. We'd go onto our 401K provider. We'd go on to our benefits provider site. And we actually would log in and download that data and then upload it to our system, double-check the data, make sure that we got everything right. So it was a highly manual process, where we had to upload stock options, 401K, benefits, all that different information into our system. Now with SAP, we're able to automate that and we actually built links into those systems so we no longer need to do that manually. So we've saved a lot of time in that respect. itelligence was our implementation partner for SAP. They helped us with the blueprinting phase and they helped us getting our first couple of sites up and running on SAP. They were key for us because we were able to transition a lot of knowledge to us. So now, as we get our sites up and running, we're actually doing it on our own. Which I think was one of our greatest success stories.
