    • CSA International is a product-certification company. We work with manufacturers and retailers located globally. And what we're in the business of doing is certifying product safety standards. Process standardization is coming forward as one of the emerging issues as we expand globally. And so we're now looking at composite applications and data procedures, things like Adobe forms, to streamline some of our existing processes, which have been traditionally R/3-based. And now we want to expose those, moving that work to the Web, so that we can work electronically, and so that we can work in different time zones together in a more collaborative way. We want to be able to collaborate via NetWeaver to share the documentation with our customers and clients. So there's opportunities not only to speed up the delivery but also to ensure that we're all looking at the right version at the right time to make sure that the customers are getting the information that they need. So the difference before and after: It was very ad hoc, where it was a lot of communication one-on-one between the people, the engineers and technicians, involved in the product certification. Whereas now it's a much more standardized workflow with streamlined publication and notification for the customer. So it's reducing the number of delays. It's making sure that we've got consistency in process. And it's making sure that we're all looking at the same document together. We have moved the discussion from a technical discussion to a business discussion, where we are now focusing on what are the business process flows, how are people participating in those business processes, and what information do they need as an input and output of a particular activity as they participate in the process. That's a very different discussion for us. With the NetWeaver implementations, we're working more on-on-one with SAP. And so we're now interacting in forums where we're part of early adopter or have elevated customer status. And that's bringing in benefits, I think, both allowing us to more easily push the envelope with NetWeaver and at the same time getting a lot of support back from SAP to help us do that. And so the relationship I think is well-established and continues to grow.
