June 29, 2009 – Tersano, a small Canadian business that provides award-winning sanitizing systems for household and commercial use, realized early that it needed an integrated solution to support and drive business growth. Since it began its operations in 2005, the company has been using SAP Business All-in-One solutions to manage its business processes, including sales, inventory and product development. Today, Tersano generates annual revenues of approximately CA$5 million and runs multi-national operations with fewer than 10 employees.

Debbie Harmer, manager of Sales and Operations at Tersano, said that the software has helped increase workplace productivity by 33 percent, optimize inventory control, speed shipping and delivery times by 66 percent and, with the addition of the online sales tool, increase total sales volumes by 25 percent.
