Dear shareholders of SAP SI AG,

On October 28, 2005, SAP AG decided to launch a further voluntary public offer to the shareholders of SAP SI AG to purchase their shares of SAP SI AG in consideration of €39.30 cash per share.

The publication of the German language offer document was approved by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) on November 14, 2005. The offer document was published on November 15, 2005. The acceptance period ends on December 14, 2005, 12:00 (CET).
