First Quarter 2012 Results Release ›
SAP released its first quarter results 2012 on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 before the opening of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Later that day, SAP senior management hosted a financial analyst and press call to discuss the performance of the Group's business activities. A replay of the call is available.

SAP Announces Availability of 2011 Annual Report and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Filing on Form 20-F ›
On March 23, 2012, SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) announced that its Annual Report to Shareholders (including the IFRS audited financial statements) for the year ended December 31, 2011 is now available, and that SAP’s Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
