German Securities Prospectus Act, Section 10
Annual Document for Fiscal Year 2010
Every company listed on a German stock exchange must issue an annual document, that is to say: Once a year it must publish a single document that contains or refers to certain information of interest to the financial markets that it has published in the preceding 12 months. The requirement is in the German Securities Prospectus Act, Section 10.
