  • Obtain Your Ph.D. at SAP

    Our Ph.D. program attracts top Ph.D. candidates seeking to complete a technical- or business-oriented doctoral degree while being immersed in reality-based industrial research in a business context. Through the program, postgraduate students, under the guidance of their academic supervisor and their manager, work directly on research projects within their area of study and interest belonging to one of our portfolio topics.

    Recent program participants have focused on topics such as e-business integration, next-generation applications, security and trust, smart items and future manufacturing, end-user development, and innovation management.

  • Join SAP as a Student

    • Internships - We provide student internships for up to six months, within almost all research topics or locations. Supported by the team, students gain a wealth of new experiences that prove to be valuable assets for future careers.
    • Student Jobs - We offer student jobs on a full-time basis during the university lecture-free period. Throughout the lecture-period at the university, working students can work on a 20-hour-per-week basis.
    • Diploma/Master Thesis - How about choosing a practical subject as a master or diploma thesis topic? Every year, we offer master and diploma thesis projects, supported and guided by a mentor. We are also open to research proposals and ideas proposed by the students.
