Retailers must be able to not only reach consumers through different channels, but also serve them in and across these channels. For example, retailers should accept orders online or let consumers initiate purchases online with in-store payment, pick-up, or return. Integrating all of these channels will enable retailers to offer a consistent and compelling shopping experience, which will increase shopper loyalty.
