ARRA: How the Pioneers Plan to Meet Reporting and Compliance Mandates

The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act, also known as ARRA, earmarked $787 – billion to be provided by the federal government for investment in infrastructure, education and health care. One of the requirements of the recovery act is that organizations that receive funds for projects must report the outcome of the projects they invest in. For this report, the Aberdeen Group surveyed executives and managers in government and education to understand their preparation for the reporting mandates.
