So we have decided to launch the HR Best Practice Network, since there are significant similarities between HR and Finance challenges today: Both are moving beyond administration and becoming business partners, and look for ways to add value beyond efforts to save cost. As part of the two networks, we also aim to increase HR and Finance cooperation and interaction.
