You can achieve intelligent object promotion and replacement including a promotion server; use an Excel-based bulk scheduling interface; schedule thousands of reports or run what-if scenarios with your personal list; perform effective bulk-instance management; and search, maintain, and control thousands of instances and schedules.
• System Monitoring: Use the package to extract report metadata from SAP BusinessObjects solutions into a database for reporting or combine it with an auditor for enhanced auditing. Using the active monitoring console, you can monitor system statistics and establish threshold for alerting when the system performance is outside acceptable range and monitor schedule failures system-wide. The package enables you to control system-resource allocation by activating and deactivating SAP BusinessObjects solutions on a schedule.
