Weltall Xu

Bio

Jian (Weltall) Xu is an associate researcher at SAP Research Center, China who joined SAP in June, 2008. He received his M.S. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Fudan University, China in 2008 under Dr. Wei Wang’s supervision. His research interests primarily lie in the fields of database systems, data warehousing, and data mining. Currently, he is interested in various techniques of query evaluation, database partitioning and privacy preservation. Before joining SAP, he was once a summer intern at Google Inc. He also received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Fudan University in 2005.
