Established in Montréal in 1998 and Toronto in 2005, SAP Labs Canada is part of SAP Labs in North America and plays an integral role within SAP's global development network.

SAP Labs Canada develops cutting-edge software products for a wide array of SAP solutions in retail, mobility, utilities, media and customer relationship management. SAP Labs Canada is also home to an SAP Business One support team, maintenance and support teams working for SAP Active Global Support, a custom development team, as well as an advanced research group.

The Lab plays an active role in the innovative business technology community in Canada and works closely with the local software industry ecosystem, including government agencies, universities, research centers and SAP partners.
