SAP Labs Canada is comprised of three locations that all play an integral part in SAP's global development. These research and development centres, located in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, build and deliver cutting-edge software products and services for a wide array of SAP solutions, markets and customers. Through our participation in the business technology community in Canada, we pursue the ongoing discovery of superior technologies and their application.

SAP Labs Montreal
SAP Labs Montreal, established in 1998 is located in the heart of Old Montreal on the edge of the Cite du Multimedia. SAP Labs Montreal employs ~550 people, and is a key development and product management location for SAP HANA, SAP Customer Relationship Management, and SAP solutions for Mobile Business. It also home to an SAP Business One support team, an SAP Active Global Support team, and a Custom Development team, as well as a regional Sales, Services & Consulting team.

SAP Labs Toronto
Established in 2005, SAP Labs Toronto employs ~180 people. The SAP Labs Toronto office is situated close to the city, and just east of SAP Canada's corporate headquarters. The Toronto Labs houses teams that provide sales and development support, is responsible for SAP Human Resources and Trading (Retail and Utilities) solutions, and also provides expertise and solution functionality in Point of Sale (PoS), Customer Loyalty, and Inventory Management.

SAP Labs Vancouver
Established in 1984, SAP Labs Vancouver employs over 1200 people and is the birthplace of Crystal Reports and SAP's robust Business Intelligence Platform. It is one of the largest development centres for SAP BusinessObjects solutions, including dashboards, visualization, reporting, query, analysis, discovery, search, and predictive capabilities, and also has teams supporting sales, support and consulting. The SAP Labs Vancouver office is located in Yaletown, in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Each SAP Labs location plays an active role in the technology community in Canada and works closely with the local software industry ecosystem, including government agencies, universities, research centers and SAP partners. As well, SAP Research, The Global Technology and Research arm of SAP driving co-innovation and technology prototyping, has research centres in Vancouver and Montreal where they foster collaboration with academic and industry partners and customers.

SAP Labs Montreal and Vancouver each boast an SAP Executive Briefing Centre, a specialised meeting space dedicated to providing an exceptional work environment to inspire collaboration and innovation.
