Corporate Citizenship:

Community Involvement Committees

At the national and local level, SAP allocates funds to specific projects and programs that fit within our targeted areas of interest. Grants to charitable organizations are managed by community involvement committees, groups of interested SAP employees who meet to consider the prevalent issues and needs of the local communities in which SAP operates.

The majority of grants is initiated by SAP – not the result of unsolicited proposals – and involves multiyear commitments. In most cases, follow-on grants provide continued support after the initial grants are completed.

SAP's community involvement committees manage local charitable commitments for the following locations:

  • Calgary, AB
  • Montreal, PQ
  • Ottawa, ON
  • Toronto, ON
  • Vancouver, BC

SAP Canada works with local organizations such as:

Dress Your Best changes the lives of Canadians and New Canadians by outfitting women, men, and youth with clothing for employment. Their unique wardrobe service helps clients look impressive, feel confident, and find a job.
