Eight female SAP managers and experts share their vision and invite other women to follow their paths. During the last few years, the company has continuously engaged women to become future leaders. 700 women met at the “Power to Lead” event in Walldorf to celebrate their empowerment.

Global Business Women's Network (BWN)
An employee-driven network at SAP with more than 8,000 members and 51 chapters around the world, BWN offers women at SAP the opportunity to share professional insight and best practices, and help one another develop skills and advance their careers.
Run on a monthly basis by the Global Diversity & Inclusion Office, this career-development series is aimed at empowering women across SAP. Now in its third year, the series has reached over 6,800 employees in 43 countries, and will be extended to our customers and partners on a quarterly basis this year.
Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP)
The Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP), a highly respected and award-winning development program that helps prepare high-potential women for leadership roles at SAP. A year-long leadership development program for women at SAP. LEAP is a targeted development journey focused on women who have the potential and desire to rise into people-management positions. The program utilizes a five-pillar model and participants meet monthly via a virtual classroom, where they delve into a different leadership-focused topic every month, discuss assignments and have the opportunity to ask questions and get direct feedback.
