Career advice from female leaders
During the recent “Power to Lead” event at the SAP office in Walldorf, female SAP leaders and employees gave career advice to high school girls considering a future in science and technology. This project was done in collaboration with the non-profit organization Cybermentor – creating Germany’s biggest e-mentoring program for girls in the STEM area.
To harness the power of innovation, SAP invests in the development of its diverse employees. We aspire to leverage the qualities and appreciate the unique competencies that each person brings to the company.
