Attendance:

Provides managers with these functions:

  1. Display detailed information about an individual employee's attendances.
  2. Display attendance information for each employee for a day or week, and navigate through the employee's calendar in the detail view.
To fully utilize this functionality, the following products should be evaluated
Employee Review:

Contains functions with which managers can display and edit different employee data. Managers can use the work set in the following cases, for example:

  1. When preparing for an employee review.
  2. When planning new salaries, taking employees' previous salary development into consideration.
  3. When recruiting new employees for a project in their departments, taking employees' qualifications into consideration.
To fully utilize this functionality, the following products should be evaluated
Personnel Change Requests:

Enables managers to create form-based personnel change requests and arrange for the administrative processing of their requests in the HR department. Provides managers with these functions:

  1. Access data for the employee for whom a personnel change request needs to me made. The Selection of Personnel Change Requests [External] iView shows managers all employees assigned to their area of responsibility. Managers select an employee name from the list and navigate to the relevant form to create the personnel change request.
  2. Have the personnel change request processed by the relevant administrator in the HR department.
  3. Track the processing status of the personnel change request at any time in the system, using the Status Overview of Personnel Change Requests iView or the My Last PCRs iView.
Recruiting:

Contains functions that enable managers to control the process of filling vacancies in their area of responsibility, and contains the administrative steps that are part of this process.

To fully utilize this functionality, the following products should be evaluated
Reporting:

Enables reports that are needed regularly to be always at hand, while the users see only the data of their area of responsibility, such as their cost centers, employees, and teams. Provides managers with reporting iViews that enable data to be reported flexibly from different data sources.

Compensation:

Provides managers with the functions to plan the compensation of employees in their area of responsibility. Also allows managers to approve or reject compensation plans submitted by their subordinate managers.
