- Decrease costs of HR service delivery.
- Improve services through fast resolution of employee requests (providing a solution database, interactive scripting, alerts, and contact history) and the use of multiple communication channels (such as telephone, e-mail, letter, fax, or chat).
- Gain higher efficiency and cost transparency through standardization of HR processes and services (service level agreements).
