Internship program overview:
Who is our internship program designed for?
Our internship program has been specifically developed for students willing to combine their university studies with a day-to-day experience in a lively working environment. From day 1 you will be guided by a buddy, who will support you throughout your internship. He will help you become integrated into the SAP organization and the team you have been assigned to. Your buddy will be meeting you regularly to discuss open questions, to advice and provide a helping hand whenever needed.
What’s in it for me?
You will get an understanding of Enterprise Software, Development Processes and Procedures, valuable experience working for an international company – all those combined with a great working environment in a team of friendly and helpful colleagues.
When does the internship program take place?
Our internship program is unique. It is not a seasonal but year-round, which means you can join it at any time.
How long is the internship program?
It lasts between three and six months. Afterwards you may either join us as a full-time employee or extend your internship program, if you are at still at university.
What about the working hours?
You design your own working agenda according to your university program. Several hours each day or a few full days in a week – the choice is yours. You just need to coordinate it with your buddy. You must be able to cover a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 40 working hours per week.

Can I start working in the company after the completion of my internship program?
Interns who have demonstrated excellent performance and high potential would be considered for regular employment. So far we have hired more than 70% of our interns.
How do I apply for the internship program?
