SAP Education Belgium

General Conditions

Enrolment

You can register via our website or you can fax a copy of the course registration form to the SAP BeLux Education Department. Fax: +32 (0)2 674 69 98.

Please send your registration form as early as possible. Past experience shows that you should register at least 10 working days before the course starts. If the requested course is fully booked, an alternative date, when possible, will be suggested. We recommend that you register via our website.

For administrative reasons, we cannot accept any course registration by telephone or by e-mail or without pre-payment.

Payment and invoicing

SAP BeLux applies a standard pre-payment for the SAP courses. This means that participation requires payment of the courses fees in advance. Participation in any SAP BeLux course without pre-payment will not be accepted.

SAP BeLux offers several payment options. The payment means must be established at the time of registration. You may pay for the class fees using one of the following options:
  • Credit card: VISA or MASTERCARD
  • Wire transfer: please settle your invoices on the following account:
    ABN AMRO BANK nv
    Account: 720-5405793-92
    IBAN: BE12720540579392
    Swift: ABNABEBR
  • preferred card (see below)

Payment is due ultimately 7 working days before the course starts. If you register for a course less than 7 working days before it starts, you have to pay upon arrival or adequately prove that payment has been initiated.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent with all the information about the course location and schedule.

Please note that according to the Belgian legislation, Belgian VAT (21%) will be added to the prices quoted in our course planning.

Preferred Card

The SAP Preferred Card is a virtual card that you can load with a certain amount of money. Each time you register an attendee to a course, standard or in-house, a virtual class session or a web-based training at SAP BeLux, you need to mention the number of your SAP Preferred Card and the corresponding amount will be charged on it. As the courses are prepaid via the SAP Preferred Card, there is no invoice and no bank transfer for the course fee, saving administrative time and generating savings on both sides. More information.

Course Administration

All rights reserved. Neither the course material of all our courses nor any part of it may be copied or reproduced in any form or by any means, or translated into another language, without the prior written consent of SAP BeLux. Please be informed that no other organization may use SAP BeLux' education material or any parts of this material during any form of training courses, seminars, workshops or other types of education and presentation organized in Belgium and Luxembourg without a prior written consent of SAP BeLux and without paying any license fee.

Please make sure the attendee always fills in the evaluation form at the end of a course. Please inform the training administration per e-mail maximum 7 working days after a course is finished in case of a complaint. Our e-mail address is education.belgium@sap.com. Please specify in the object of the e-mail the course you are referring to.

Cancellation

Should you be unable to attend a course you are registered to, please inform SAP BeLux as soon as possible. All cancellations must be done in writing. Cancellation is free of charge until 9 working days before the course starts. If a cancellation is not in time, you have to pay the full amount of the course. As an alternative, you may transfer your registration to a colleague without extra costs, but SAP BeLux must be informed about it in writing and in advance.

If, for any exceptional reason, SAP BeLux has to cancel a course, the course participants will be informed individually and as soon as possible. No claims for compensation can be accepted other than the refund of the course fee.

Please note that it is not allowed to cancel an OKP or an e-learning registration.

Fees

The course fee includes the training documentation, lunch and coffee during coffee breaks.

SAP BeLux will not issue any credit note for any course fee if a course should end earlier than originally scheduled but after the full material has been covered.

In case the course length is changed due to the release of a new version of the course, SAP BeLux has the right to change the course fee accordingly.

Please note that the parking facilities at the SAP Belgium building are limited. A daily parking fee will be charged by the owner of the building and has to be paid at the reception desk in case you decide to use the parking behind the building (12,50 € per day). Please note that this parking fee is not included in the course fee and that leaving the parking without a validated ticket is not possible. Free parking can be found in the streets around the building. SAP BeLux recommends using public transport facilities to come to our training center. Train and tram stations are right in front of our building. Please check our website to find more information.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the attendees have the necessary prerequisites before they register to a course. Therefore, SAP BeLux recommends checking the course description in order to make sure that the attendee meets the expectations.
