In regard with SAP's decision to change, as to better meet the expectations of its customers and to enlarge the customers relationship over the entire life cycle, SAP has decided to broaden his collaboration with its partners and has launched the new service partnership program. It implements a new quality of collaboration with outstanding partners by increasing the level of engagement and rewards those most capable of facilitating successful projects. The aim is to deliver to the customer: a better service, collaborative solutions, lower prices and a shorter time-to-benefit.
