Carl Langhorn

Managing Director for SAP Baltics

In August 2007, Carl Langhorn joined SAP as Pan-Baltic Leader. His major goal was to strengthen SAP business in the Baltics by expanding into other industries and recruiting selected partners.

Since 1998, Carl had worked as Sales and Marketing Leader in international positions at Maersk IT, Navision Software and later at Microsoft Business Solutions. He held the position of General Manager of the Axapta Baltics UAB, where he drove the establishment of Pan-Baltic Navision, sales channel development, and marketing and sales units until Navision was acquired by Microsoft.

Carl was then appointed Business Group Director for the Microsoft Dynamics operation in the Microsoft MEA region, which was based in Istanbul. He also has extensive experience in the health industry.

Carl was born in Denmark, but has spent most of his professional career abroad. In his spare time Carl is interested in music, cultural activities and mountain biking.

Carl has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Aarhus and Copenhagen Business School.

Katrin Gulbis

SAP Channel Manager for Latvia and Estonia

Before joining SAP in October 2007, Katrin was involved in establishing an ERP business in Latvia – initially at Columbus IT Partner, where she worked in 2000. Katrin joined the Navision team in 2001 and continued her evolvement with ERP business partners after the merger with Microsoft.

Having managed the ERP Channel business until January 2007, Katrin took up the challenge of overseeing the telesales team for volume licensing at Microsoft.

Katrin has Bachelor’s degree in Latvian Language and Literature – and speaks Estonian, Latvian, Russian and English.

Katrin is married and has two sons.

Jurate Raciunaite

Finance & Administration Manager

Jurate Raciunaite joined SAP in 2007 as Finance & Administration Manager for the Baltics.

She has extensive accounting, auditing and financial consulting experience, and has worked for such companies as GlaxoSmithKline, Arthur Andersen and Statoil.

Jurate has a MBA and a Master’s degree in Law.
