The Support Centre is your one-stop Gateway to SAP's worldwide support and services. The mission of our Support Centre is to ensure SAP customers' systems function at optimum levels by providing valuable and quality responses to all your requests.

SAPNet R/3 Frontend (SRF)
The SRF is a primary communication tool between SAP and its customers/partners. Reporting software errors, bugs and missing functionality as well as searching for solutions to known problems are just some of the options that can be utilised.

SAPNet Web Frontend
If customers experience a problem with logging a message via the SAP R/3 Frontend, they can create messages via the SAP Service Marketplace (password required). The messages will be routed to the SAP support organisation for processing.

Logging a Request
SAP can process your requests quickly and efficiently if the problem description is as detailed as possible. The reporter can also speed up the problem-solving process considerably by taking a little extra time to make sure that the problem message is correct and complete.

Notes Database
SAP Notes are an important source of information for customers, partners and SAP employees. SAP Notes are official SAP documents in a standardised form that provide information and help on SAP products. These documents are stored in the SAP Notes database (password required).
