Tim Ebbeck
President and Chief Executive Officer, SAP Australia & New Zealand
Tim joined SAP in 2003 as Chief Financial and Commercial Officer for SAP ANZ; in
2005 his role was expanded to Chief Operating Officer.
In January 2007, Tim was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President and
Chief Commercial Officer for SAP across Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, Tim led
the regional deal crafting and commercial development team, and lead strategic
planning and execution.
Tim has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. He joined SAP from TMP
Worldwide where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific
region. Prior to that Tim was CFO for Compaq Computer and Investment Director at
Compaq's Venture Capital Fund. Tim has also held senior executive roles at Unisys,
Tandem Computers, and GEC ALSTHOM Australia Limited.

Ian Black
Chief Operating Officier
Ian Black oversees the operational financial activities of the SAP business in
Australia and New Zealand. His role covers core sales operations, business processes,
finance, legal and contracts. He also plays a role in deal structuring and contract
negotiation.
Ian has most recently held the position of Managing Director for SAP New Zealand.
During his time at SAP he has been responsible for the development of a number of
business areas, including starting and running SAP New Zealand in 1994 and developing
a very successful Financial Services division for SAP Australia.

Allan Fairhurst
Chief Commercial Officer
Based in Melbourne, Allan Fairhurst leads the business of SAP enterprise
sales.
Prior to joining SAP in 2004, Allan held a variety of senior management positions
in Australia, Singapore and Canada.
With significant industry experience, he leads our teams across industries and
borders, strengthening SAP's capabilities in the Australian market.

Graeme Riley
Managing Director, SAP New Zealand
Graeme Riley took on the role of Managing Director, SAP New Zealand in January 2009. Graeme joined SAP from Infor where he was VP Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for Infor's strategic solutions and channels businesses across the region.
Graeme has extensive enterprise software experience, a successful track record in leading software businesses throughout Asia Pacific and deep knowledge of the New Zealand market.

Bruce McKinnon
Director, Field Services
Bruce is responsible for delivering consulting and education services, helping SAP
customers maximise the value of their investment through their implementation, SAP
training, change management and skills transfer. Joining SAP from IBM in 2007, Bruce
has been working within the SAP ecosystem since 1991 and was previously a partner at
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Deb Travers
Director, Human Resources
Deb is responsible for managing SAP‘s business and staff to enable the
success of the organisation through its people. This involves developing and leading
staff engagement, employee retention and career development programs.
Deb has nine years HR experience at senior management level in multinational
organisations across a diverse range of industries, including Information Technology;
Professional Services; FMCG; CPG and Retail.

Mark Hettler,
Director, Active Global Support
Mark is responsible for SAP‘s support and maintenance business, which
services customers and their SAP products in the ANZ region. This role includes the
additional responsibility of both SAP‘s proactive support service and the
company‘s premium maintenance activities, including supporting customers during
software upgrades.
Mark and his team of 48 work closely with customers to improve the efficiency and
stability of their SAP environments, which benefits customers by helping them
leverage and maximise their investments in SAP systems.
Mark first joined SAP in 2006 as Active Global Performance Centre of Expertise
(CoE) Manager. Prior to joining SAP, he worked with IBM Global Business Services for
over eight years.
Mark has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years and has previously worked in
global and national institutions such as BHP Billiton, Lend Lease and the Australian
Taxation Office.

Jeremy Goddard,
General Manager, New South Wales
Jeremy is responsible for managing SAP sales and presales for the NSW branch, as
well as overseeing all revenues, costs, and profit and loss reporting. In his current
role, Jeremy‘s overarching objective is to drive SAP‘s mid-size and large
enterprise sales, leveraging and cross-selling to existing customer networks.
Prior to his role at SAP, Jeremy was Managing Director at Progress Software for
Australia and New Zealand. During his employment there, Jeremy developed and
implemented an operating plan that focused the business on accelerating growth
through larger deals, closer customer interaction and partners. He also managed the
roll-out of a standardised sales process to increase forecast accuracy and assisted
in the restructuring of the business by developing a specialist Financial Markets
team; reinvigorating the Enterprise Infrastructure team and hiring a new CFO and
services director.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of
Commerce (Marketing Major).

Steve Thompson,
General Manager, ACT and Federal Government
Steve is responsible for managing multi-disciplinary areas of SAP including sales
and presales, marketing, resources and adminisatraion for Federal Government clients
and the ACT branch. In his current role, Steve‘s main objective is to build
business relationships with Federal Government and ACT clients, while continuing to
leverage SAP products and services in the region.
Steve is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of New South Wales. He
studied at the Royal Military College, Duntroon and served in the Australian Defence
Force Army for 10 years.

Mike Robinson,
General Manager, Southern Region
Mike is responsible for SAP sales and solution architects in Victoria, South
Australia and Western Australia, as well as the ongoing support of the region‘s
existing accounts. His key goal is to assist customers to maximise the value of their
SAP investments and grow SAP‘s Southern Region business.
Having joined SAP as an Account Executive in 1995, Mike contributed to SAP‘s
tremendous growth before departing in 2001. Mike rejoined SAP in 2005. Prior to
rejoining SAP, Mike held senior positions at Tibco, KPMG Consulting and Bearing
Point.
One of Mike‘s career highlights includes proposing SAP‘s carbon
footprint solution as a global initiative, which has been a strong personal career
focus in recent years and is now an SAP solution. Mike has a Degree in Computer
Science from RMIT University.
