    • SAP Sales OnDemand: ERP integration. SAP Sales OnDemand provides you with real-time visibility into the customer information you need. Native integration with SAP ERP means you no longer have to hunt for back-office information such as sales orders or invoices. You have the latest customer information pushed to you so that you’re always up to speed on your accounts. I’m Mike Summers, a salesperson. Let me show you how I use SAP Sales OnDemand to help me keep account information automatically synched with our back-office systems. First, I need to add a new purchasing contact to my account Easy Tech. Using the quick-create capability, I can add a new contact to my account in seconds. What’s more, this new contact is automatically synched with our ERP system. When sales orders are created or orders shipped, our order-fulfillment team will know right away whom to notify at Easy Tech. There’s no need to manually forward new contact information to other departments in my company. I spend less time on administrative tasks and more time selling. Next, I want to update an Easy Tech opportunity and ensure that I use the right pricing for Easy Tech, based on our annual contract. I’ll leave the unit price blank for a moment while I request automated pricing from SAP ERP. As you can see, within a few short moments the product pricing for this opportunity was automatically updated to reflect Easy Tech’s contract. I can now quickly proceed with my opportunity, confident that I‘m using accurate pricing. And I didn’t need to waste my time or anyone else’s hunting it down. Now that I’ve updated my opportunity with the right products and pricing, I want to create a quote for Easy Tech. SAP Sales OnDemand allows me to quickly obtain a quote that’s generated automatically, thanks to native integration with SAP ERP. I could also request that a sales order be generated, all with just a few clicks. Once the quote is ready, I receive a Feed notification letting me know that I can now see the quote. My inside-sales person and other relevant team members will also receive the update in their Feed. With SAP Sales OnDemand and native integration with SAP ERP, we all have up-to-the-minute information and are in lockstep on our accounts. To see the quote, all I need to do is click on the Sales Document tab for my opportunity. Here I can find the quote I just requested, as well as any other sales documents relevant to my customer Easy Tech. So as you can see, with SAP Sales OnDemand and native integration with SAP ERP, I no longer have to hunt for back-office information such as sales orders or invoices. With just a few clicks, I have the latest customer information pushed to me, so that I and my team are always up to speed on our accounts.
