- To prepare for a meeting with the purchasing team at his top customer for the past two years, Geoffrey first needs to check buying trends and determine which products generate the most revenue.
- He also wants to get the latest figures. The sales manager opens the The SAP ERP Rapid-Deployment solution and clicks over to the Sales Order per Customer window and then selects US sales data.
- He then selects customer description and chooses the data for 2010 and 2011. Geoffrey then selects the data associated with Pen Max and drills down to view purchasing behavior by month.
- He can also view the data as per order quantity or per calendar year. In addition, Geoffrey can modify the screen to reflect only certain values,
