    • See how SAP Cart Approval helps managers view shopping carts and product details, view requestor information,
    • see who else needs to authorize the expenses, approve or reject shopping carts, and write comments all from their mobile devices.
    • Mark Brown is a cost center manager for IT R&D Company.
    • He’s on the road visiting a regional office and has a few minutes between meetings to look at some employee requests.
    • Mark opens SAP Cart Approval on his smart phone to view the shopping cart requests and sees that there are five shopping carts for approval at this time.
    • He starts with the cart request from Sharon Webb, whose name he doesn’t recognize.
    • Mark is presented with the details of the shopping cart – including the cost of the purchase, creation date for this purchase request, and the shopping cart ID.
    • He clicks on the "Requestor" line to view more details about Sharon Webb.
    • He learns that Sharon is a senior developer with the R & D team.
    • If he needs to contact Sharon, Mark can click on her mobile or work number to automatically initiate a call,
    • or he can click on her e-mail address to send her an e-mail.
    • Mark decides he doesn’t need to contact Sharon, and moves on to view the items she has requested.
    • He clicks the first line item in her shopping cart and reviews the details of her request for an Apple MacBook.
    • He continues to view the other items in the cart by flipping to each subsequent product page.
    • Mark completes his review of the products and returns to the shopping cart details screen by clicking the “Cart” button.
    • He touches the “List of Approvers” line to see who else will be approving Sharon’s request.
    • Mark is satisfied with the details and decides to approve Sharon’s cart request by clicking the “Approve” button. .
    • He has the option to add comments to this approval.
    • If he had decided to reject the cart, he also would have been able to add comments.
    • Mark clicks the next “Approve” button, and the workflow step is complete.
    • The software returns to the main approval screen and Mark sees that Sharon’s shopping cart is no longer on his list for approval.
    • Mark will now repeat this process for the remaining shopping carts in his list.
