Registrations for both events must be carried out online. All registrations are subject to confirmation by SAP. A confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. Please do not send any payment in advance with your registration for the "Managing End-to-End Solution Operations Workshop". Details regarding payment will be sent to you upon confirmation of your registration.

Fees are inclusive of the Singapore Goods and Services Tax, and include all presentation handouts, refreshments and one lunch on April 9, 2008. All other expenses such as
travel and accommodation are to be borne by the attendee.
Early Bird Registration
Register by March 5, 2008 to enjoy a 15% discount on the workshop fee.
Group Discounts
Companies registering 3 or more participants enjoy an additional 5% fee discount for each attendee
Cancellation
Should you be unable to attend any of the events, kindly send in your cancellation in writing by March 31, 2008. Upon receiving an email acknowledgement from us, you
will be deemed to have cancelled your registration. Requests for refunds will not be entertained after the cancellation deadline. If no cancellation notice is received and acknowledged by us, the following fees will remain payable:

Replacements
If you have registered for either event and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute attendee from your organization provided that prior notification is given in
writing at least 2 working days before the event's start date.
