Partner Recognition Programs

SAP DIAMOND CIRCLE 2008

SAP Diamond Circle is a top-level program that recognizes SAP and partner account executives (AEs) who have excelled in joint engagement activities leading to increased sales. The partner AEs nominate and close a joint-installed base or net new business opportunities.

Along with the SAP Pinnacle Awards that honor our partners, the SAP Diamond Circle honors individuals from SAP and our partners who have made key contributions.

Nominations

The top three deals for each region are nominated for the SAP Diamond Circle program based on the analysis of the 2007 sales results forming collaborative revenue. The regional heads of alliances choose the nominations.

Measurement Criteria Selection

To determine the winners, nominations are evaluated against the predefined criteria below:

  • Volume (incremental revenue) of joint deals that SAP and partner AEs close together
  • Number of joint deals that SAP and partner AEs close together
  • Net new deals closed
  • Competitive win backs
  • Strategic wins (such as Lighthouse customers)
