Sapphire Systems Implements SAP® Business One Application at Deafblind UK

SAP NEWSBYTE - September 30, 2009 - SAP gold channel partner Sapphire Systems will implement and support the SAP® Business One application for seven users at the national charity, Deafblind UK. Deafblind UK offers specialist services and human support to deaf and blind people, as well as those who have progressive sight and hearing loss acquired throughout their lives.

“We chose SAP Business One because it offers an all-around package,” said Rod Cullen, management accountant at Deafblind UK. “We needed a system that could help with improved data quality and output and facilitate the management team in making more informed and better decisions. We wanted a system that would serve our needs now and also in the future, as it will be in place for the next five to ten years. SAP Business One will give us a strong structure for finance right away and the potential for use as a customer relationship management and human resources system as required in the future.”

The decision to implement SAP Business One was the result of a comprehensive tender process. For more information, please read the press release issued by Sapphire Systems, “Deafblind UK to implement SAP Business One” (PDF).
