Since August 2008, all new customers of the SAP Business One application have been receiving a complimentary copy of Crystal Reports software. In addition, more than 5,000 of SAP's existing small business solution customers have accepted this offering and downloaded the reporting software from the Web site for SAP community network. With the basic version of Crystal Reports, small businesses are given the opportunity to conveniently connect data from multiple business functions for generating visually appealing reports.
