The communications industry is undergoing a paradigm shift that is challenging the definition of communications service providers (CSPs), and forcing service providers to reinvent themselves to remain competitive.
To be successful in this evolution, operators must undergo service transformation in order to rapidly introduce new services and service bundles; compete against alternative service providers; increase ARPU; and reduce operations costs. As a result of this transformation process, CSPs can emerge as next-generation operators (NGO) to fuel their revenue growth, improve profitability, and deliver a rich customer experience.
The second annual Sigma Systems User Conference, held at the world-class Doral Golf Resort and Spa, will feature service providers, industry experts, and Sigma representatives who will discuss the emergence of NGOs, the importance of service transformation for a NGO and industry leading solutions, and best practices to facilitate this transformation. Special focus will be paid to the topic of service transformation and its benefits to the NGO.
SAP is a pavilion sponsor of the event and David McNierney will be presenting a session entitled Advanced Mediation.
