SAP Research Centers
SRC RA'ANANA, ISRAEL
SAP Research Center Ra'anana was established in 2008 and is co-located with SAP Labs Israel.
Since growth of the research center will be aligned with publicly funded research projects, the center's first goal is to coordinate efforts for identifying research topics and preparing research proposals to submit to the European Union (EU). Participants from SAP Research and SAP Labs Israel will take part in this bootstrapping process during 2008 and 2009. Full-scale research activity in the new center will be staffed once these proposals have been accepted by the appropriate EU bodies.
Synergy with SAP Labs Israel
The new research center will leverage the expertise and know-how within the development groups in SAP Labs Israel as a context for innovative and useful research. This synergy will boost the image of SAP Labs Israel as a cutting-edge R&D center – both internally and externally.
