The SRC Palo Alto team consists of leading researchers addressing a broad set of IT-related research fields including advanced Web technologies, real world awareness, next generation enterprise SOA, and open source. A diverse group of student interns from universities across North America, Europe, and Asia complements the research center. SRC Palo Alto leads SAP's North American Sponsored Academic Research Program to determine, influence, and investigate emerging IT trends through a close working relationship with the leading research universities in the U.S. and Canada, such as Stanford, MIT, University of California, Berkeley, HEC Montréal, and Carnegie Mellon. The program provides a structured environment for leading academic researchers to collaborate directly with SAP's global network of researchers, architects, and developers.
