2006 Employee Survey Results
To gauge our employee's level of satisfaction, SAP conducts an anonymous, biannual global employee survey carried out by an external provider. The 2008 Employee Survey will take place in midyear.
With an 80% participation rate of SAP employees worldwide, the survey results indicated that:
- 91% believe strongly in SAP's products and services
- 90% believe strongly in SAP's goals and objectives
- 86% are proud to work for SAP
- 79% recommend SAP as a great place to work
- 72% state that SAP offers opportunities for personal development and growth
