2006 Employee Survey Results
To gauge our employee's level of satisfaction, SAP conducts an anonymous, biannual global employee survey carried out by an external provider.
With an 80% participation rate of SAP employees worldwide, the survey results indicated that:
- 91% believe strongly in SAP's products and services
- 90% believe strongly in SAP's goals and objectives
- 86% are proud to work for SAP
- 79% recommend SAP as a great place to work
- 72% state that SAP offers opportunities for personal development and growth
