Following SAP's acquisition of OutlookSoft Corporation in May 2007, the OutlookSoft 5.0 product has been rebranded SAP Business Planning and Consolidation. For support for your former OutlookSoft purchase or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, go to SAP's Service Marketplace for all your support needs. All direct OutlookSoft customers have received an e-mail designating an administrative (super s-user) account for access to Service Marketplace (SMP).
You can still access the OutlookSoft support system to update/maintain your open incidents. If you need to create a new incident, please do so through the Service Marketplace.
SAP Service Marketplace
SAP Service Marketplace is the central support portal, consisting of channels into other sub-portals, which allows you to do many of your daily activities from just one page. The support portal channel is where customers initiate all communications with SAP Support consultants.
